And . . . the hub is 24.

April 10 was Tanner's bday.  Sadly for him, it was also the last day of the semester, filled with 3 finals for him.  I wanted to still try and make it a good day for him, so I stayed up the night before doing silly things, haha.  I put up our famous birthday banner, made him breakfast, wrapped up his quilt that I finished, and attempted to clean the house.  I had to work all day, so I don't know what he did all day hahaha. But I planned that night to have a bunch of friends over for cake and icecream.  After work, I took him to Wingers, and then when we got him his friends were in our apartment and started clapping when he walked in.  We had cake and icecream, and then his buddies stayed until 4 in the morning playing our stupid zombie game.  I think he had a good birthday.....I hope.  I swear everyday Tanner tells me that he's so old...haha.  He's not- but hey he's almost on to P.A. school!  woohoo.

I love my hubby more than anything in the world, and can't wait to celebrate hopefully 70 more birthdays with him :) Love you sugar bunny.

Oh ya- did I mention it was an ICECREAM CAKE?  mmmm, the best.

Happy Easter!

Well, this year for Easter was kinda a last minute thing.  We decided Saturday night to go to Montana with Tanner's parents to visit Ty and Bonnie.  We set up a scavenger hunt for Casuree, Wyatt, and Dillon, and they loved it.  I might've loved it as much as they did. haha.  We had a fabulous feast, and played outside enjoying the sunshine. It was a fun little getaway.

This Easter I was really touched in Sacrament meeting.  The closing hymn was I Know That My Redeemer Lives, and the words really got to me.  It was so comforting singing this verse:

He lives! All glory to his name!
He lives, my Savior, still the same.
Oh, sweet the joy this sentence gives:
"I know that my Redeemer lives!"
He lives! All glory to his name!
He lives, my Savior, still the same.
Oh, sweet the joy this sentence gives:
"I know that my Redeemer lives!"

I really felt the spirit strong, and was overcome.  Dealing with this past miscarriage, this really gave me comfort.  The Lord knows what I am going through, and He was letting me know that He was there to comfort me. What a blessing.  The Atonement is a blessing to all of us, and for that, I am Grateful.  Christ lives!

Tanner hid easter eggs in his pocket...Casuree found them...haha.

Tanner layed down to take a nap, and his Dad poured water on his bum bum, resulting in this intruguing patter on his butt. It was hilarious.

Casuree and I enjoying the sun.
